Elevation Certificates

FEMA Elevation Certificates may be necessary for many reasons. Often required for permitting and/or obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for new construction, or useful to negotiate flood insurance rates on an existing home.

Topographic & Design 

Many architects and engineers use topographic surveys to design a new dwelling or structure. Septic designers also use this data.

Cuplin & Associates Land Surveyors and Planners Inc. is a premier land surveying and planning company in Central Texas and has been operating since March 2007.
